The interview process was quite length as it took about a month to actually land an interview. After that process started, I was able to know about training within 1-2 week mark. The interviewers, Fausta and Graham, were very easy to talk to and very welcoming. It didn't feel like an interview, more so having a casual conversation. Overall, the process was smooth once it started.

My interviewer sounded like she was reading the interview questions off of a script. Some of the questions asked were just plain dumb. “Why are you looking for a job now?”. “Because I am looking for a career”. How else am I supposed to answer this? Other questions felt like they were trying a bit too hard to get the candidate to prove themselves. “What makes you stand out and why should we hire you?” “Tell us something interesting about yourself that is not on your resume”. I am of the opinion that interviews should have the company and candidates treat each other as equals and assess each other out. But the way my interviewer asked these in a monotone and in a mild prove yourself to us tone made me lose interest in the company. I let her know as such and that I am no longer interested. Apply elsewhere.
