Long, plusieurs entretiens, attente de 6 mois, proposition de salaire, envoie de documents et signature de contrat en l'espace de quelques jours. Trois entretiens en ligne, pas de déplacement .

Colloquio
The process started with me applying on the job posting on 2 to 3 different platforms namely the Schneider Website, LinkedIn and a job portal.
Two weeks later I received an email from the Hiring Manager expressing his interest in scheduling an interview over skype.
After the first round, I was informed that his supervisor would like to interview me, that occurred the following week.
3rd interview was in person at their nearby office with one of the potential team members the following week.
During the 4th week, I was interviewed by 2 members of the HR team.
There would've been a fifth interview if the concerned person wasn't on a business trip at the time!
