I applied through email, and then scheduled the interview. I made it in the morning, as recruiters may be more "energetic". When arriving, I checked in at the front dest, then just waited for about half a hour until the recruiter came and called my name. The recruiter was really nice during talking, but the questions were descriptive, hard to answer, and sometimes "trapping".
