Colloquio
3 tiered interview process. The interview process is very robotic and they basically go through your work history and ask you the same 10 questions.
They set up a second interview that allows you to ask questions about the company. It just a presentation on the company and how "great" the are....you'll different information once you actually start.

1st interview they will ask you the same 10 questions about each of your previous employers. It's 100% behavioral interview questions. They will ask you questions about what you did before to predict if you can do the job now (they are also looking for red flags, so be consistent in your answering). Do not put a company on your resume that you don't want to answer these questions about. Depending on the position, they will also make you take a skills test. This is basically to make sure you are not helpless on the computer. They will test your competency on Word, Excel, and some other stuff (many people have failed on these so it's not a walk in the park. But if you have ever worked on these before you should do fine). They'll answer your questions but don't expect a full synopsis on the company (thats the 2nd interview).
The 2nd interview you don't do much talking at all. They will try to "sell" you on the company. It's start, where it's going, blah blah blah. Sometimes, if the candidacy pool is weak, you may get an offer at the end of the 2nd interview. But sometimes it goes into a 3rd interview if they can't decide between candidates. If there is a 3rd interview, its usually down to the final 2 or 3 candidates.
For the sales and attendance account management positions, they have been known to make the candidates do a presentation on anything the candidate chooses (a "sell me this pen" type deal). They don't always do this though.
Most of the managers that conduct the interviews are very dry, boring people. Don't expect a lot of insightful dialogue/conversation, and brace yourself for moments of awkwardness. If you do not have a good interview, they will go back into a closed door full of managers and mercilessly make fun of you (TRUTH).
Good luck.
