If your application gets accepted, then you get called and set up a phone interview with HR. HR asks you generic questions like if your able to work in the States, normal things like that. If that goes well, then they give you a day and a time to go to a skills test that the company has set up. It's like a big group thing, similar to SAT's or ACT's, but less complicated. They ask you to do simple math, take a simple spelling quiz and then test you to see if you can follow directions using their equipment. If that goes well, then you get called back for an interview with three HR reps. If that goes well, then you start on the following monday.

They no-showed for my scheduled phone screening, so I rescheduled. During the call, the recruiter kept losing track of the questions and it felt more like an interrogation. The in-person interview was fine and the questions were straightforward. I didn't feel that they really answered my questions, though, they just wanted to ask theirs and proceed with the tour. I dropped out. The process felt weird.

Phone call screening ,then in person interview with managers from both HR and the team you will be working with and a tour of the facility, overall took about an hour.

Honestly the hiring people are snobby and can be rude in a very nice way. I have interviewed with them at least 6 times now and 4 of those times have made it to the inner interviews at the location and pass all the tests with flying colors, I could understand if I was applying for a office job, being snobby but I was just applying to put parts into a chip board mon-fri. You guys really need to look at what your hiring for, or have lower class people like the ones applying for assembly, do the hiring. I am not impressed and will probably be taking my skills and experience to Decagon.
