Excellent process. First you get an interview from HR, then you get one from the hiring manager. Both are technical in nature. Unfortunately, I probably did not get the job since i missed a few technical questions. For the interview, really review the OSI layer, DNP protocol, Modbus protocol, 61850 protocol, communications handshaking, fiber optic communications, and read the company values. An excellent company and if i had done a little better I may have gotten the job. Still a chance i can get it as it has only been a few days since the interview.
