Applied online. Took a week to get call. First round phone interview by HR on power system basics,symmetrical components,distance relaying, followed by technical round through webex. Few HR questions and sel values. Strengths and weakness. It was about 1 hour for the phone interview. The webex was longer.

Conduct independent research and present on implementing a Protection relay of the interviewing panels choosing. Then standard experience and technical questions. SEL is also very proud of their Values and Culture so take the time to research the company before you walk in the door.
