I've interviewed here at least once a year for the last 3 - 4 years for either Media or Account roles. Each time I sent a resume directly to HR and had a phone screen within the week. Most recent interview, within the next week I was invited to an interview with AD. That lasted a little less than an hour, no off the wall questions. She seemed a little distracted because they were undergoing some renovations. After interview follow up is either hit or miss, either right away 'No' or you have to follow up.

Initial phone interview with HR representative (who was extremely pleasant). Follow up meeting on site with sr. leadership. Kept waiting for nearly an hour before being told they needed to reschedule. Apparently poor internal communication and lack of follow though. Received a vague apology email several days after the fact. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Expected more from a locally owned company. This is a small community and it is unfortunate they choose to handle potential candidates in this manner.
