first interview was held over phone with Junior Human resource person. I was asked about my years of experience, education and salary expectation. second interviews with HR, questions were more on based on past experience and behavioral aspects; and final interview at Branch with the branch manager and district banking manager

Standard 2 stage process. Recruiter call and in-person interview with the branch management team. The second round usually includes a BM and ABM combo. Although out of the 3 interviews I gave for 3 branches, once they had 3 managers in the second round.

Very straight forward interview questions thru video calls for around 20 min. No situational questions and behaviour questions. and then refer it to hiring manager. Ask whether I can start asap.
