Process was fair and clear. First a phone interview with recruiter and then a virtual interview with hiring manager and prospective supervisor. They were responsive to follow up emails and kept to timelines as discussed.

First was a phone interview with recruiter asking basic background questions and later an interview with two interviewers. It was a fair experience over all and at negotiation stage, it was obvious they would not be making an offer as range for the role was below current earning. They were respectful nonetheless, at least no ghosting.
