Went through four interviews, each of which was standard, and primarily conversational. The recruiter was in communication before and after each interview with the exception of the last, and least relevant one. Ghosted for the last two weeks. Unbelievably unprofessional to waste my time by not even providing a formal “we will not be moving forward at this time” message/email. Good luck, candidates.
