Asked to record and submit a video proving "English Fluency," which was odd, then a brief screening interview. During the screening interview they stated that they initially hire people as sub-contractors with a path to full employment after an initial period. Was informed that I would progress to the next phase which included a technical interview. Afterwards, I received an email asking me to record a video showing something I worked on with code and explanation to send to their engineering team. Video was acknowledged as received and viewed, and told they would relay feedback. Then I was ghosted.
