After spending 45 minutes applying online and answering their online questionnaire I waited for three weeks before being contacted for an actual interview.

Great interview process. An application filled online and after qualifying questions you are able to set an appointment for an initial interview online. It even gives you multiple times to choose from (if you pass the qualification questions). If you do not get to this point you already know they will not contact you. Once you are in the interview, HR is very professional and is truly interested in your experience from your point of view, not just whether or not you can fill the need.
