It is thorough - they conduct interview with different people in the organization for fit and skills. It seems like they take their time to make sure they have the right fit for the company and are not going to take just anyone which I think speaks highly of them.
I enjoyed getting to meet with the different people in the company during the interview process and liked the behavioral assessment I took - it was really insightful. The interviews were not boring and flowed well - they were conversational and I got to know about the company as well as them learning about me.

Had a phone interview to determine if I was a good fit. Then I had an interview with the President and the Director of Client Services. The interview was pretty straight forward. They just wanted to know my work experience (sales specifically) and how I would react to various scenarios.

They asked me about my experience with deploying iPhones at my previous job. They seemed to want to know how much I had to do, and whom I had to interact with to accomplish the task.

Went very well, they asked probing questions, had me take a technical exam to determine my skill level, and had an engineer come in to vet my answers. They have a non compete clause you will sign that lasts a year, but if you leave on good terms they usually wont enforce it
