I have 13 solid yrs. experience in the Security-Profession with College Education, and I happen to be Unemployed when I submitted an Online-Application and I KNOW I answered the Officer Assessment-Test correctly, because they were just Logical Common-Sense Questions & Situations. Well IF You Fail this Assessment, the website tells you immediately that you're Disqualified after you click the submit-button, and IF You Pass, the application is Accepted Successfully and the website congratulates You, But the H.R. Manager insisted I Failed, after Mine was SUCCESSFULLY Accepted. His name is, Jay Agusto, out of the East Hartford, CT. office......LIAR - SCUM-BAG !!!!

Asked Me for more details about my job-history, and I had Nothing to hide, Nor did I lie about anything.
The interview process was done via phone call and was simply to get a grasp on what experience you have and what you are after. Email -> Resume request -> Phone call -> Training.
Very easy and friendly process and they were kind to explain everything and what to expect in this job and the core principal of the company and expectations of the company
