The process was different than other interviews I had participated in before. After applying online, I first interviewed with the director over the phone for about 30 minutes. At the end of the interview, he invited me in for a face to face. I met him the following week, I came in for a face to face interview. When I arrived, I was first given a brief tour of the facility. I then sat with the director and the senior member of the sales team for over an hour. I I started by giving a synopsis of my background. We then had a very casual, and open discussion, with a focus on culture. I answered any questions which were asked, and then was able to ask questions of my own. By the end I was told that things would be moving forward quickly, which was a sign that there would be next steps. From there I completed a cultural assessment, and was asked to do a write up on two successes I had from my past. It did take some time, but knowing I wanted to work with Seed, and that they're focused on growth and culture, I was highly interested in following the process. From there I provided references, and then did a write up on goals I had in mind for myself, if I were to obtain the position. Following this, I was made an offer, and I accepted. Through the process the director stayed in close contact, and made sure I was aware of what to expect next.
