Theresa French could have been more organized and ethical during the interview process. It took her 5 minutes to get focused as she got on the line all out of breath and frazzled without one apology. She was talking about her cats and her issues with them as opposed to getting down to real business as a professional. She spent more time trying to figure out ways she could get money out of me than actually interviewing for a franchise position in her company. I left the interview feeling bamboozled and used, asking myself "What just happened? Am I getting into a Ponzi scheme"? I asked for references and she "danced around the question" without providing anyone to speak with about the company.
