I received a phone call that went well so I was told to come in person. The first part of the interview was great and I connected with the manager who was going to be my boss. On the second part, RJ Sparks, the current CFO and COO, interviewed me. Immediately, he was condescending, rude, and outright mean in the way he held the interview. After speaking with both and learning that the role would require long hours, an aspect that was not originally communicated to me in the prior interview, I requested a slightly hire pay. RJ was extremely reactive to this request and rudely told me that he was “done”, walked out of the room, and never came back in. I literally sat there for a couple minutes only to realize no one was coming back and walked to my car. I have never felt more humiliated by anyone. Stay far away from this firm
