I received an email to set up a phone interview to further discuss my background and the position details. After the phone interview, I was invited to come in to meet with the Director of Recruiting. During my onsite interview I met with the Director of Recruiting, the Managing Director for Business Development and the founders of the company. The interview took an hour and a half. I was asked great questions about my background and what I would bring to Seneca. It was a great interview experience- more like a conversation! Within a week I heard back about next steps.
