The interview process was already pitched to me to be a length process from the get go. It’s not my first rodeo going through a lengthy interview process and at first I appreciated the transparency. But what I didn’t appreciate is that after having the initial interview with the recruiter, I went through two other interviews with two different hiring managers. One was meant to be 45 minutes but went to just over an hour and the second was 40-45 minutes but after not progressing, I thought ok, can I at least get feedback. The email I received initially from the recruiter was a short generic auto response of basically “thank you for your time and good luck with your search”. Not even a ‘I will aim to gather feedback for you’. Interviews are a lengthy process and you’re giving your time, so it would be appreciated to get feedback and not have to chase it. After chasing, one said they’d be happy to elaborate but never got back to me and the first hiring manager did get back to me but had the lazy audacity of giving me a Chat GPT response! And I know this as not only did it read as automated, they actually left on the last paragraph “[Enter company name here]”. It’s laughable. Interviews are as much for the applicant as it is for the recruiting company. This experience just confirmed for me that I dodged a bullet if this is how they treat potential staff, who knows what it’s like working there. I wish I read glass door beforehand as it seems there’s actually a lot of unhappy staff. Save yourself time and avoid!

I went through five rounds of interviews and received fast feedback at every stage. The entire team was friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the process.
I especially appreciated the detailed feedback explaining why they chose another candidate. It was genuinely helpful.

I applied in July 2025, and the whole process took nearly 3 months, which seems like very lengthy for a mid-level position. The whole process consisted of HR interview, interview with VP, 3 separate panel interviews with members of the team, presentation task when they give you access to their platform. Another stage has been added last minute, which was an interview with a very senior stakeholder at the company. In my opinion, it was a very unnecessary step in the process as it didn't add anything to the conversation. They've been finding it hard to choose the "right" candidate, so they've dragged the process out for several months leaving others hanging. Not sure I want to work for a company with this type of management.
