The interview can go deep as well (e.g. CPU hardware level discussions about concurrency).

In-person interview for 30-60 minutes, followed by a take-home exercise which nominally took a few hours to complete, was given a week to do it, then a second in-person interview to discuss my solution to the exercise in detail.
