Phone interview and then an in-person interview with staff and management. Was offered the job via email and had to negotiate terms with accounting person who was very difficult.

They called and asked me in for an interview but they didn’t ask a lot of questions instead they just told me about the company. The CEO came in for a second stage of the interview.
They also never got back to me after the interview and I even sent a follow up email.
