Very normal. Standard timing. One on one interview via recruiter then boss. Very heavy on references. Process only took weeks because boss called every single reference. Make sure your references are tight if your looking to work for this particular franchise. Ask references you trust and who you know like you.

Was contacted by phone they found my resume online. Met with the Marketing Manager. We talked for about an hour. Came in a few days later and met with the owner and Marketing Manager. Filled out background check paperwork. Was offered job after I passed my background check.
