Initial screen with Managing Director (not planned ahead of time, called out of the blue) and scheduled the same week for the in person panel interview. First round was with Managing Director and Account Manager, then second round was with industrial design team. Not hard at all. The job description said knowing Chinese was a preferred qualification but they made it seem like in the interview that it was a hard requirement. They ended up ghosting me after I followed up. Very unprofessional and not the ending I had hoped for after driving nearly 2 hours to see them.
