I was initially contacted by HR via email to set up a brief 15 minute phone interview going over the role of the job and my past experience. My resume was then forwarded to the senior process engineer and HR. They got back to me within a week and I was then scheduled for a 3 person panel interview where they asked general behavior questions and background information. I got an offer to start briefly after the interview.
