The company's founder and one other leadership team member interviewed me via Zoom. They were accommodating and welcoming and used an unconventional interview approach (asking fun icebreaker questions). The second interview followed the same style but incorporated more job-related questions. I was told I didn't get the position over email. The whole process--from applying to receiving the news--only took ten days.
