First interview was a 15 minute interview with other people in the office, from other SDRs to the Director of Finance. Each interview had it's own cadence, but at the end of the day it felt very conversational. Second interview was a gauntlet of roleplaying in the various job functions, with 5 other candidates.

3 interviews, one conducted via phone and two via zoom. My zoom interviewer was late to both meetings however the interview itself went really well and there was plenty of transparency in the role description.
