The interview process was great! Very professional, 2 part interview. Management is eager and driven to hire the best candidates. The first interview was more just getting to know the basics and learn about you and if you are what they're looking for. Second interview is more in depth.

Tell Me a difficult situation you've experienced in your past employer that caused conflict with upper management, and how did you resolve it?
Quick, semi-formal. Interview, drug test, start can happen within one week. I wore business casual. Answer honestly and listen well. They'll send you for a drug test and background check before training.

It was good. Easy, but productive questions that let them know how you hold yourself and more about you and your work ethic But they do hire you for fulltime and only give you part time hours

This interview was very easy. It was a typical interview for any fast food/gas station. I was told I had got the job before I even walked out of the door.
