Upon submitting the required information via the website they will email you an acceptance email along with a link for your online assessment test. One page of the test will consists of 4 different questions, so you'll have select which trait fits you best on a scale of 1 to 5. You'll have to go through 18 different pages before completing the assessment.

Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
