I applied online and was then invited to an Open House where each department gave a little spiel about what they did. All of the applicants talked to the different VPs and hear about the company as a whole. Then was invited back to a personal interview within the next week or so. Waited about 3 weeks to hear if I got the position, but they were moving offices so it took longer than they expected.
