Having been through a number of Interviews recently with various companies, I can genuinely say I am impressed with the way the interview process at Shoosmiths have been carried out regardless of the outcome, which I am still waiting on. They kept me up to date on the process and next steps, and were happy to answer any questions. Not only did they thoroughly go though my work history and asked questions, they actually got to know me as a person. But the best bit was at the same time I got to know them. Whilst this may sound like a normal interview, a lot of places are putting only 30 minutes for the first stage interview, to get to know you and if they want to take you through the next stage which means by the time your done with introductions, you have just 5 minutes.
