      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Shopee (Singapore) nel mese di ott 2020

      Colloquio

      Applied and took about 1-2 weeks to receive invitation for interview via email. The interview was via zoom call with 1 HR person only whom didn't sound very clear. As there was a awkward pause, I initiated if she wanted me to do a self intro first, to which she said ok. The whole interview was asking me for ideas to promote Shopee, there was no feedback given. Interviewer kept repeating questions, not sure if she doesn't listen that I have already answered or she is trying to get another answer out of me. Not much of a convo going on, just questions after questions from her, mainly for ideas, which I thought was weird because usually such questions will be from the team/boss and not HR, don't think HR is the best person to access ideas which are role specific. After HR finished her questions, she wanted to end the interview and I had to tell her I have questions to which she sounded surprised and answered them. She said she had to discuss with the team (whom I will be working with if I got hired) and will contact me again. Took her a week to got back that I didn't advance to the next round. It was one of my worst interview experience and I felt I wasn't properly accessed. HR seems too junior to conduct a proper interview which felt more like a interrogation.
