Process: 1. Send out CV/CL into system. (*Apply early, set up job alerts) 2. Receive an email/call for a preliminary call with the HR team within 2-3 weeks depending on how urgent the hire is. The call is generally a mutual one where the HR team will share more about the role and you'd talk briefly about your experience. 3. You'd be given a case study/test which is to be completed at your own time in one seating. (timed test) 4. Receive another email with the interviewer CC'ed in the email thread if you're successful with 3. 5. Zoom interview (COVID edition lol) with hiring manager 6. Receive verbal offer (Call, so anticipate!!) 7. Receive official offer :) Interview tips: -Customise your CV for the role, if you don't feel too strongly about it don't apply because it will show. (this applies to all roles anyway) -Be prepared to talk about your previous work experience - how your past experiences have led you to this role and what you hope to achieve through it. It shows good understanding of the JD and you're not just one of those who sent out a million CVs hoping to land one. -If you're unsure of what the JD states, ask the HR team during stage 2. You should be well-versed with the role by the time you get to stage 5. -You'd be asked some technical questions about how you'd go about trouble-shooting a problem etc. If you don't have prior experience, just answer honestly and don't be afraid to admit that you don't know how to solve something. They might just want to see that you are collaborative and know how to rely on your colleagues for help when needed. -Know WHY you want to work at Shopee. Almost every interviewer/interview stage asks this question. TLDR: Be prepared and honest!
