The interview process at Shopee consists of 4 stages: 1. HR interview (phone call) 2. Exam - depending on the department but in this case it was a social media exam where you had to create a campaign 3. Interview with hiring manager (video call) 4. Interview with department head I only reached the interview with the hiring manager. Questions were more about your achievements, skills, I had to create a campaign on the spot for my own potential initiative.
