I moved past the initial telephone screening and was invited to attend the "Life Story" interview which would be a video call. I was provided with information on what to expect from the life story interview which was basically a two way conversation on your life experiences and what were the things that brought you to this point and it was not meant to be a "technical interview". My experience was the complete opposite of this. The interviewer was rude and basically asked me to go over my resume. She seemed very unprepared as if it was the first time seeing my resume. It was blatant that as soon as she took one look at me and how I physically looked the interview was over. I was asked very little to no probing questions and within 25 mins the life story was over though we were booked for 1 hour. I received a follow up call a week later to say that I wasn't advancing (no surprise here). I asked for feedback and was told that I have no concrete feedback to provide. Of course there was no feedback to provide as she knew nothing about me. All this hyper over their supposedly unique life story interview is a complete joke! I guess I just didn't look the part which is very sad as my experience and track record speaks for itself but I was not given the opportunity to advance. Advice - don't believe the hype and corporate speak that's on their website. Hiring decisions are obviously not made based on merit and requisite skill. It's completely biased and doesn't align with what they are saying online. Needless to say my experience was horrible but who knows maybe another interviewer may actually put some effort into the process and make it interesting.

First it's the screening call with the recruiter, then you meet with the hiring manager and a second individual for another hour and then the lifestory with the recruiter and offer and references.
