Reviewing portfolio and job history with president of division and head designer. Met each individually in two stages of interviews. I first met with head designer and then met with president. Overall both were very kind and patient, they asked the right questions and really took the time to review portfolio. When two stages of interviews were over was asked to have a short trial period in office to complete a small task. Was then offered the position a couple weeks later. The company did not leave me hanging around waiting for an answer.
