I met via Zoom with the company founder, Tonya. We talked for about 30 minutes. It was very easy to talk to her. I could tell she appreciated the qualities of initiative and being teachable in employees. After the interview, she conferred with her team and sent me an offer within the week. I accepted and started on the 1st of the next month. I've now been there for almost 2 years.
