I applied through LinkedIn and received a response a couple days later. First round HR interviewer clearly had not read my CV, was totally uninterested when asking the standard questions and became irritated when I asked questions. Interviewer was also a couple minutes late, wore a hooded jumper and was chewing something at the start of the interview. Glad to have not progressed further based on that experience.

The interview process felt misaligned with the role as described. Questions lacked relevance to the core responsibilities outlined in the job description, which made it difficult to assess how the position would build on my existing skill set. There was limited discussion about the team’s work or the strategic priorities of the role, which left the overall process feeling somewhat disconnected from the advertised expectations.
