It started with a phone interview with an internal recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager then an in person meeting with the hiring manager then an in person interview with three managers at the local facility.

I was asked about my experience managing remote employees.
The interview process was very straight forward. It is normally panel interview with mix of technical and behavioural questions. Candidate is given ample opportunities to describe themselves, strengths and weakness. Each interviewer will have a behavioural question.

2 interviews with the hiring manager and members of the business unit. Very technical interview, no behavioral questions. Walked through resume highlighting different areas of strength that was applicable to the role. Was asked specific question about bullet points on my resume. Was then asked specifically about different complicated scenarios and how each would affect the P&L.
