I was called by a recruiter for Siemens who gave excellent instructions for their interview process. I was set up verbally over the phone with a date, time, and contact person.

2 interviews. One with a hiring manager and another with your supervisor + hiring manager. Straight forward process. Nothing tricky or out of ordinary. Just general interview questions and some questions related to your position.

Straight forward process with emphasis on skills. Wanted someone in office full time atleast three days a week. 3 interviews with different stakeholders throughout a few weeks in total time.
