Worse interview process i ever seen. In automation panel they put the people with Pure manual Testing experience he doesn't know anything about selenium or automation framework.
I have 7+ years of exp in automation and they are asked me to write factorial program.
No any automation question asked at all.
Suggestion to Siemens: Please don't schedule the drive if you dont have good interview panel or actual requirement.It was just a wastage of time .
Very Bad experience of Siemens .Please don't go to automation profile interview they will ask first question whether you are ready to work on Manual or not .
Such a MAD and FOOL interview panel i have seen first time in my whole carrier.

It was good. The interviewer was supportive and talked calmly. He is strong technical candidate. HR was supportive and they have scheduled the interview properly and I didn't have to run behind them for the updates of each round.
