I was asked the standard questions like "tell us about a time when you handled a conflict". They had sheets with the questions on and boxes where they would write comments about my answers. This was the final stage, I believe there were 2 or 3 other candidates I was up against, and they didnt even send me an email regarding whether or not I'd been successful! I went onto the system and saw "rejected". It is rather poor from them to not even send an email considering it was the final stage.
