Three people sat in for the interview, the VP, and two mid to high level project engineers. The attitude was relaxed and it was not very intimidating. Was not a strict question-answer style of interview. They would ask questions but then the responses would lead to other topics not on their predetermined list of questions. Overall a good interview process.
