Nice interview process, there were no curveball questions intended to throw you off in my experience. Also each stage gives plenty of time to prepare with giving hints on what kinda of questions they are going to ask.

The first Stage is an online assessment
Another online assessment (Quiz)
Second Stage Interview which is very simple one to one Zoom call
Third Stage is an exam interview where they will test your programming skills

They start with psychometric tests. Games you can't revise for. It's quite fun and tests memory and logical thinking. They aren't that hard but definitely requires full concentration.
Then it's motivational questions interview.
Then it's a coding test which was very difficult for me at least.
