One of the best interview experiences I've ever had. There were 3 stages: - screening with HR (first a phone call, followed by a 30 mins video call on Teams the next day): started in native language, then switched to English. Questions were easy to answer, based on my previous experience, on what expectations I have further and some were scenario based ("What would you do if [...]") - technical assessment: had a timer (30-40 mins), some questions with options, some questions with free answer - 1h video call on Teams with 3 people: everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcomed, they introduced themselves first & the company, questions were mostly related to my previous experience and how I was doing my work in the past and some of them were situational questions

I applied through LinkedIn. The whole interview process lasted for almost two weeks. The interview went very well and professional. The interviewers were very informative and easy to talk to. Great experience.
