1st round on campus, 2nd in office. It was pretty casual, but I had also participated in their leadership program that previous summer. My interviewer the first round was a tax partner, and the second was at the office with a few other people in tax. The in office round is more for you to see if you like the office/the people/if it's a good fit for you and for them.
