No Recognition for talent. They will hire anybody( yes , anybody) who will shut up and follow rules without asking questions. That is what they look for in the Interview. THE worst part is , they will call up existing employees for offers.

1. Assessment to write a content about the topic they provided
2. If you pass the assessment, there will be a virtual interview (you can choose how the interview should process). I chose telephonic interview
3. Interview: personal details, education background, question from the assessment
4. It took around a month to get an offer letter from them
5. Got offer letter

There was a small writing test in the beginning. Once selected, you'll probably get a call for the interview round. And based on my personal experience the interview process is actually pretty smooth.
One step a week. That is they take weekly tasks to conduct test, interviews and so on to finally reach a decision of whether someone needs to admitted or not.
