Rounds: Interview process consisted of multiple rounds namely : Phone screening round, 2 coding rounds, 1 design round, 1 project + behavioral round.
People: Everyone in the loop was smart and helpful. Interviews were treated more as a discussion where if you got stuck, they would jump in and try to solve it with you.
Though there were a lot of rounds, it was clear they were looking for smart people who can produce results. Had a nice experience talking with everyone, each person had a strong mindset ,the founding team seems to know what they are doing and have relevant experience in the problem they are solving.
Would love to interview again and take a role here.
