A technical phone interview. It was clear that the interviewer was reading the questions from a paper, and expecting pre-written answers. The questions only checked for prior knowledge in different subjects, and did not test actual competencies. In my opinion, this is a bad method for testing a candidate's match for an organization, unless he is specifically intended for a well-defined and strict job (and a backend developer isn't one).

Hr was nice, I applied through LinkedIn and she scheduled a call. She set up an interview with two very nice interviewers. the Interview was fun and had interesting questions. I waited over a week to hear from them, and all I got was a generic email for decline. I asked for more specific feedback but recruiter never answered.
