Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 6 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Simon-Kucher (München, Bavaria) nel mese di mar 2019
Colloquio
Circa 3 Tage nachdem ich meine Bewerbung abgeschickt habe wurde ich per Mail dazu aufgefordert einen Online-Test zu machen. Dabei ging es primär um quantitative Fähigkeiten: Kopfrechnen, Prozentrechnung, Graphen verstehen etc.
Nach Absolvierung des Tests wurde ich zum Interview vor Ort eingeladen.
Insgesamt waren es 2 Interviews. Für jedes war ein Thema im Voraus zu bearbeiten : Warum SKP und eine clevere Marketingstrategie.
In beiden Interviews gab es auch persönliche Fragen und Fragen bezüglich bisheriger Arbeitserfahrung und Excel Kenntnisse.
Außerdem bekam ich jeweils einen Case.
1. Case: Profitabilität & Pricing im Bereich Consumer Goods
2. Case Preiselastizität bei Einführung eines neuen Autos
Beide Gespräche waren äußerst angenehm.

HR asking you questions then you ask the HR some questions. Not chatting vibes. Only question and answer. Interview with basic questions: walk me through your resume, why did you apply to SK.

The interviewer was really nice and asked behavioral for around 15 minutes and then went into a pricing case interview. The case interview was shorter than a regular case and had less material.
